Is the free plan unlimited?
Yes. Unlimited forms and responses, with logic, analytics, partial submissions, and spam defense included. There's no plan-based volume quota, so collection never stops because you hit a plan limit. The only size dial on the free plan is file uploads, at 10MB per file.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrades apply to your account immediately. If you cancel Pro, it stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then the account returns to the free plan. Your forms keep collecting and every response stays put. Only the Pro extras stop applying: the badge returns, and new uploads follow free-plan limits.
What does the lifetime deal include?
Everything in the Pro column, forever, including Pro features we ship later, for one $299 payment on one account. It is our launch offer, here to help fund the early days.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If a purchase doesn't work out, contact us within 14 days and we'll refund it in full, monthly, yearly, or lifetime. We'd rather refund you than keep money for a product you don't use.
Does Pro include a custom domain?
Not yet, so we don't charge for it. Custom domains are on the roadmap; Pro today includes custom form slugs, a readable link you choose in place of a generated one. This page lists only what ships.
Do I need a card to use the free plan?
No. The free plan needs an account, not a card, and it never expires into a trial. Payment details come up only at the moment you choose Pro or the lifetime deal.
